Brian Davies

Georgian Bay fine art photographer, Bryan Davies is on a visual journey to create extraordinary images that touch your soul. After graduating from Humber College, Bryan accepted a position as Resident Nature Photographer at Kortright Centre for Conservation. When David Suzuki needed a still photographer for one of his Nature of Things TV shows, Bryan was asked to shoot still pictures of the production. Bryan has photographed covers for a number of local, regional and national magazines. He has also created Tourism Marketing images for an agency of Tourism Ontario. In 2011, Bryan was selected as one of twelve Canadian photographers to display his fine art prints at the prestigious Three Shadows Photography Art Centre in Beijing, China. The show then traveled to 10 more cities in China including Shanghai. Bryan enjoys passing on his extensive knowledge of the art of photography to people of all ages in his courses and outdoor workshops in The Georgian Triangle. One of the founding members of Mad and Noisy Gallery in Creemore, Bryan continues to exhibit his Fine Art Prints at the Gallery.

Bryan has recently written an autobiographical coffee table book about his journey through forty years in photography. “Exploring The Light: My Visual Journey” will soon be available at area bookstores.
